The Company has a specialized manufacturing programme with a longstanding tradition divided into:

• Production activity
• Repair service

Production activity

The production activity is oriented to the production of combustion engine pistons, compressors and their assembly with cylinder liners and piston group accessories, especially for engines of tractors, self-propelled agricultural machinery and trucks.

Repair service

Within the repair service, the company is an authorized TATRA engine repair shop based on the contractual relation with the manufacturer, i.e. TATRA Kopřivnice a.s.

Within the repair service, other types of engines are serviced, as well – AVIA, LIAZ, MERCEDES and MAN. Other activities in this field are the service and production of propeller and articulated shafts including their balancing.

Regarding the utilization of the servicing technological equipment, we also carry out:

• dynamic balancing of rotary parts with the length of 3 000 mm and the weight up to 200kg
• crank-shaft grinding with the possibility of dynamic balancing and slide bearings supply
• gas-shielded welding of aluminium engine heads and other aluminium parts
• cylinder liners and engine monoblocs grinding
